Best to just rely on myself I figure. It's time to whip out the everpresent iPad and House of Marley's. I hit the triangle on Tayyib Ali - Keystone State of Mind; soundtrack for the morning.. I can digg this! Always need the right track for the situation. Ali is relaxed, yet motivated. And so I'm nodding my head to the beat and air-tapping my foot as I dangle my leg sideways over the seat, trying not to impede on other passengers personal space.
Feeling the music, we round a corner and the sun blazes through the back window into my face as I stare out the back of the bus. A little help and recognition from the big man upstairs perhaps. And like that, I've gone from seeing sleepy, quiet faces, to the energy I was looking for.
Working 8am-8pm a few days a week to earn a few extra beans, means the mornings have become valuable! I can't stand wasted time and so morning life on the road is good time to do something I want! Albeit just 30 minutes. My time is valuable.
Having spent 12/18 months or so on Tumblr, with limited success, failure and lessons learned, I've moved house. Blogger, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm looking to refresh! Keep learning. But, implement understanding of the blog, and seek to have more fun with it.

Rarely seen without my DGK backpack, it's a favourite accessory of mine. Not to mention, keeper of my music library, camera and various reading materials.
In a September visit to the Big Apple I met a member of staff in a Footlocker over on 34th Street. A great NY personality, she had big curly hair and some chic spectacles. She complimented me for my 'Bookbag' and unknowingly made my day. Now, you won't convince me otherwise of its steeze.. I loved her language too. Now it's my Bookbag. Anything to stand out from the crowd over here in the UK.
Now here I am. Making the most of my morning, penning my first blog post for my new home.. And, successfully, waging war against the seemingly contagious sleepiness of the 7:30 watch reading..
